  1. Now it's very certain this ads is a fraud. There is another person who was cheated for $3500 by this same seller (he saw the ads in HWZ).

  4. ALERT! I want to share my bad experiences of the purchase with this seller. And it's not solved yet. Via whatsapp, I ordered ipad air 2 cellular + wifi 64gb + black smart covert + free screen protector at $950 around 7:30pm on Tues, 11 Nov. After I sent the screenshot of the bank transfer to their DBS account, the seller sent out email confirmation at 8:13pm stating that the order will be delivered from 10:30pm - 11pm on 11 Nov. Everything is smooth till that stage - the seller mentioned fast delivery, secure bank transfer, 45 days refund policy, etc... But delivery man didn't appear even after 11pm, I whatsapped the seller @11:15pm. Long stories in short - the seller explained that courier mixed up 2 packages and the package for me contains 3 ipad air 2 and 1 samsung note 4. The solution he offered is that I should pay additional $1000 assurance fee so that once the courier arrive, I take my phone and give back the rest. By no means this sounds logical and acceptable to me, I clearly refused. Although the seller agreed the issue has nothing to do with me, he (or his boss) rejected my 2 suggestions: 1) deliver my order in another mail and deal the issue with courier separately; or 2) come to my address together with the courier, open the parcel with me. Reasons given are that he and his boss are busy and there is really nothing much that he can do. On 12 nov, after I insisted on having his boss' number, someone who claimed to be his colleague called me at 5:06pm (appear to be a mobile number, line quality is bad) and said he will check with the courier and get back to me in 10 mins. After waiting for about 1 hour, I called the same number and found that is an Invalid Number. I whatsapped the seller for an explanation at 6pm 12 Nov - no reponse till 12pm noon the next day; requested the seller to make a full refund at 7:30pm 12 Nov - no reponse till 12pm noon the next day. I tried to call the seller's mobile 9am and 12pm noon 13 Nov - got the prompt that "the singtel customer is not available" even though he's online in whatsapp. After giving the 2pm deadline, the seller turned up in whatsapp and eventually assured that I will get the full refund by 12pm noon Fri, 14 Nov via immediate bank transfer. But again he broke his promise. Till now, this seller is not contactable via whatsapp although he went online several times. I archived all whatapps coversation, email of order confirmation and delivery and will lodge a report soon.
