Hi, I was shocked too when I saw my queue number... Then I realised that Jalan Membina is meant to be my new home liao.. This was my first time in balloting exercise so called.. previously took part in a few build to order ballot.. not sure counted or not.. but always get 1000+ queue number.. or rejected.. Oh ya.. did one WIS before just before this.. got 500+ queue.. coz didnt stay overnight.. went in morning.. then did not have any units we liked.. so didnt get.. Then tried Jalan Membina.. had no expectations.. coz so many ballots... then when saw the queue number was.. .. Anyway we very happy to be able to get this place.. and so many of frenly pple like all of u there..

Hi jazznpop My ID/contractor used ICI Dulux.. Wash and Wear.. actually we chose it.. the space colours have to add in cost so we didnt choose... Also can choose Nippon hmm.. The paint so far quite ok.. think normal.. but only stayed there less than a month.. so cant tell how long it can last !!

Yup.. coz now also go to NTUC and buy stuffs often too.. spend money there too Probably cant go out and play too much !!

Hi jazznpop, Yup, we try to save as much electricity as possible.. even at night our house dark dark one.. only turn on one small light each time.. coz right now big money problem.. instalments.. and bills etc.. so have to save as much as we can At night also open windows for wind.. our room no fan too, only air con but dun turn on Hehe.. tot most guys will help out.. coz otherwise the other half will be so tired.. esp if she is working.. I not gd at doing.. but have to do it too.. maintain the hse, want a clean hse

Yup, it's better to give them a separate key to a lock etc.. Number lock is probably the easiest too..
