Hehe, my appointment date supposed to be tomorrow, but have postponed it to September Yup, I also do not want to move away....so at a dilemma too...have to find the balance between cost and quality

I hope my reno will be less than 15k..preferably 10k or less hehe...coz still need to get furniture and stuffs... So hope to get a good deal...of coz the work and design must be good too keke

The quotes given at Expo for 4 room all less than 30k.. in fact less than 20k... of coz there may be some other things...depends on what you want etc..but basic basic wont over 20k for reno alone...

The mattress model is Special Edition...Yup found it to be a good price and tried the mattress...really comfortable and when u move, dun affect the other party one keke... Hehe, around how much did u get for the mitsubishi air con...I also got a price quoted from the expo fair, but didnt get in the end..coz found it to be not that cheap...but also not sure Yup our budget is tight too...so hope this ID give us a good quote..will go look for them on Saturday etc...also have to check what they give etc...anybody knows any important things to take note? We went down today to Expo too hehe...so many designers hehe... There's one we like but not confirm yet Designer Guy...any of u heard of this ID company? Also bought a Simmons mattress close to 2K too...also got free pillows, mattress protector and the bed frame Still many more to come keke

I will be going to expo this weekend to take a look..but not sure if too early to order etc.. I have a fren who is the GM of a contractor company..and the company has an interior designer...but he normally do not do HDB flats unless fren fren of coz...or by referral...not sure if shld use or not... is the comany under RADAC impt?

Yup I also will love to keep my investment coz its been earning money...its also something to save up for the future...the problem is both my spouse and my cpf amt not enough for the 10% in our ordinary account...so definitely need to take out...and each month's installment also may have to use up all our cpf too... Oh well..dunno how..

Yup, I doing investment now with my CPF...earning some money there...but have to take out to pay for the flat haiz...but no choice... if 2nd half of next month...over 7th month liao i think keke...but guess I will postpone a while too even if can take key.. still need more planning and things to do etc..

I went to my block 26D, its not open yet...so have to find some way to get up...just to take a look at the unit layout... Think 25A looks ready although didnt go there hehe Yup true..hehe..but electric seems safer..for me at least..

I went to take a look last night...quite dark...so have to find a time to visit in the day time The living room looks smaller than I expected, so quite disappointed lol...wondering how to put all the stuffs there...including the L shape sofa and dining table etc... I will most prob not be using gas water heater but electric water heater....and also likely to be using induction cooker so no need to pay for gas

Mine is on the 14th Aug 2007...but may be postponing I like L-shape too...but then I actually went to take a look at the unit just now...hmm...the living room is very small...Oh well...have to re-plan hehe

I will be having an oven too for my new home It will be quite an easy one to use..hehe.. My other half likes baking Guess we can all learn together, can invite u all too
