Oh oki, yah i do have a "push-down" stopper mounted on the door, suppose to grab the door to the floor via fricton. But over the years, it have wear off and i wonder can the door swing be loosen instead. Thanks for clarifying sakae sushi..haha. Probably will replace or attached a friction sticker to the current stopper, so that the friction grip can function again.

Hi neighbours, any idea how do we loosen our main door swing pressure, the YTL 800BC swing box to the wooden door...Thanks in advance! I can see there's only a single adjustment screw-like bolt that's facing the floor, but i cant seem to loosen it. Wonder is there any other catch or we can DIY ourself?

Hi guys, still suffering from anger and frustration. Probably will share with your after things are over. Envy all of your to have a smooth and gd experience with them. Maybe if they are so busy, as they claim or at least this is how they protray to me, im more than willingly not to have them for my hse renovation. Some damages might be unrecoverable...lucky my wife is calm enough to calm me down as well.

Your place is one of those new very blocks call dover garden right, i feel its the place is conveniently situated, tuck at a promixity to dover and the upcoming circle line mrt station (i dono whts the station will call, its near NUH). Not too near to busy mrt stations, but within walkable distance to them, v good wor. Im not living there through, just pass it daily to work :-) . Looking forward to more of your house pics.

Hmm, all of your who share with me, the mbr bed is align such that the foot points to the window..probably will follow suit, but wondering how should my tv console be done, since the window at this side already eat up roughly 1/2 portion of the wall already. Im still open for more mbr idea . Thanks.

Oh TYM, u did a room merger. Anyway im hoping those with similar floorplan can share share their mbr design. Im not in a rush to renov yet, but trying to gather idea to think about. Remaining neighbours with similar floorplan, i would appreciate your sharing/opinion . I do not have MIO TV, cant confirm on that, but shouldnt be a problem bah.

Will be a tought appeal and of low success outcome. But if the reasons are strongly rationale, supported by concrete data and evident, probably still worth a try. Maybe should focus on possible danger, harm or increasing crimes, if there are any, to residents at the area. Emphasis should target the serious matter instead of the trivials. Anyway, im another from sakae and zirhk estate :-) .
