I went to Nan Wah too. Saw the only available bathtub Delta but I heard that installation + tilling adds up a lot. But I am so afraid that the cheapest Delta jacuzzi that cost $800++ will spoilt very fast. My frd says I should I get one an above average jacuzzi that cost $2000 + + +. Oh my gosh ! My whole flat will be using laminated flooring and my hubby feels that pebblewash at the foyer will spolit his design. I must tell him to re-consider again. Is anyone installing whirlpool or bathtub ? What is the expected cost to tile it into the bathroom ? I am still waiting for my quotation.

Hi Elaine, I believe ours wil be ready in late Nov as Blk 26D neighbours was informed that the flat is ready on last week. FLOORING I think some laminated company is offering 15 yrs and even lifetime warranty so I presume that they will repair your damaged flooring. "Please correct me if I am wrong"

I just got a call from my sister. Takashimaya got discount + 10% (card member) for kitchen items at B2 today. Do go down and have a look if you need items for your new home.

I can see that many neighbours are notified about the collections of keys about 2 days before "K" date. I guess there are many documentation to be done before they can invite you to the "K" day and once it is ready they can allow you to collect the keys asap. So it seems that they have improved. Let's all pray that HDB can speed up further for Blk 26D,26C,26B,26A and 25B.
