  1. Lucky you Air, at least your items came in time. Yest evening another lady by the name of Carrisa called me and ask me to wait for 3 days. She promised to deliver by then. I give her a dressing down! One minute the logistics people say dunno when the stock is coming, another minute another person called and confirm delivery. Don't know how they do business?! Now I have to start my search for a new dining table again.. sigh...
  2. I understand how you feel totally... Imagine I had to go through this for more than two months! Some more I'm expecting, always get so agitated by them! Later my bb will be an angry bb Who is this in-charge you talked to? They referred me to this sales manager (Mr Lau) who is supposed to be the second man after the owner. But that guy is a total failure and with very bad attitude. No use talking to him..
  3. My sales person is Kenny. Ya, you have to double and triple check their delivery. They have never delivered my items on time. Even for my loan sofa, I waited for one day in vain and the next delivery was also late. For the delivery of my actual sofa, they didn't even confirm the delivery. They just call us half an hr prior and say they're on the way.
  4. Ekardo, did you pay in full for your items already? I managed to cancel my order for the dining table, FINALLY! A step closer to terminating my nightmare with this company. Now waiting for them to settle refund of my deposit. Luckily I only paid the minimal deposit required. Then about my sofa, my sales person say he will try to find a resolution for me and revert on Monday but I really don't harbour any hopes on them anymore. Moreover I have already paid for it, I doubt they will ever come back with a satisfactory solution given their ROTTEN reputation. Even my sales person says he wants to quit liao, he says cannot work for this kind of company cos he gets scolding from customers like us everyday!
  5. Hi all, It's me from the SG Bride forum, just realised the post is being deleted again!! Anyway, my issue with the rotten apple is still not settled yet. Last week, they called and confirmed that all my items are in (i.e. the dining table and sofa) and asked to deliver to me. On Tue evening, they called my hubby and say they're reaching my place in half an hr without informing us of the delivery prior. When we told them we can only be home in 45mins or so, they insisted they wanted to wait for us. In the end, only the sofa was delivered and the dimensions are slightly off (40cm more in length than what we ordered). The delivery person say that the dimension is only counting the inner part of the sofa so adding the exterior will be bigger. We were so tired of arguing with them so just accepted it. Then today supposed to deliver my dining table. This morning, the delivery dept called and say the wrong stock was delivered by the supplier!! When I told them the sales person confirmed that my items are in, the woman say they wouldn't know, seems like they nvr talk!! Then now, she want to offer me another model instead. If I still want the one that I ordered, I will have to wait and yet again, they don't know when's the delivery!! I'm UTTERLY PISSED AND FRUSTRATED with this stupid company!! When I commented that I've also heard a lot of complaints about them, the woman from the delivery dept replied that some people just like to talk rubbish. Think I must take more extreme measures with them now, will probably go to CASE if they can't settle the issue by this week
