    The timber flooring in one of our bedroom is damaged by drywood termite and we are looking to replace it with vinyl flooring. We have talked to an ID and was told that it would require hacking and recementing before the vinyl floor can be installed. Anyone has similar experience? Advise greatly appreciated.

    Anyone has experience with the new LG Art Cool aircon? I like the design and features. GC is offering the LG System 4 with 3 x 9000btu and 1 x 24000btu @ $4259. On top, they are throwing in free 5 yrs warranty, LG air purifier and $150 debit Mastercard. Is it wise to go for LG? Seems like everyone is buying Mitsubishi Starmex but I find their design a bit dated.
