No lah, hahaha! Not give money to tell me about my past / character lah... Hmm... this topic was abandon for so long... I was just checking on Master Roy Sung on the net and saw this link here. Hope I won't be too rude to post a reply here as I had just met Master Roy Sung on 27 September 2015. Anyway, it was my SO's SIL who introduced us to Master Roy Sung. We were just chatting one random weekend and we came upon the topic of Fortune Telling. Initially made an appointment to see him on Saturday evening but my bad I actually forgotten about it. But he was kind enough to accommodate me and my SO on the following day, which is Mid Autumn Festival double bad I had went to a few fortune tellers in the past. Went to Yuan Zhong Xiu at IMM like more than 10-15 years ago. Was initially ask to pay $5 for fortune telling (FT). Some accuracy, but say I'll have xie guan zhi zai at 35 (scare die me, lucky never happen) then blah blah blah... ask me to buy a 5 color crystal pendant come with necklace @ $1,888. I was like wtf?! I am really poor to be able to fork out this amount of money seriously... Also went for FT at si ma lu outside temple, loyang and a during a short trip to Vietnam etc etc... Anyway long story short Master Roy Sung is really very detailed. He even allowed us to do a voice recording when he is doing the FT-ing. Something that he suggest and we are so appreciative about coz most of the time, after we listen, most of the things we forget Also, for the 2nd time in my life, I cried during FT-ing. Once was during a rough patch in life last time. But this time round, I went with a peaceful mind, as in not feeling sad beforehand. Most of the things that he had point out was so true that I couldn't hold my tears. I'm emotional? hahaha!! But it didn't happen when I went to the FT at loyang. So if you ask was he accurate? My Past, I would say almost about 90-95% accuracy. Character analysis, 100% accuracy! hahaha! As for the remedies, I'm still working on it... hahaha! So result not known yet. But I placed the pink crystal and the coins at his mentioned location, I did see less quarrels within the family till this point of time. Monitoring... ===== Through my sis, I had also engaged Master Chang in 2012 / 2013 to pick an auspicious unit/flat for me. I am quite a budget person and keep emphasizing that I want low low floor coz cheaper. hahaha! He looked quite unhappy and was shaking his head when I said this. I remembered him saying "Why want to pick a low floor just for that amount of money?" Coz according to him, a lamp post or a grown up tree can block our Feng Shui. So eventually, I picked a not too low unit. But today, I think I'm glad I didn't pick a lower floor due to financial issue. But then, I'm also very stressed and worried that when the flat came, he might ask me to put the bed in the middle of the living room coz you know, he is known for the unique placement of furniture XD Ok, I have shared my stories. hehe!

Wow cool... This is really informative. But I am actually getting a 5-room BTO with flooring and toilets done. As I am having a budget constrained (single mom with kids and parents), therefore I am not able to engage a Renovation Contractor or ID I will try to arrange by myself using Direct Contractors but not sure what to do first. Chance upon your topic and it gives me some ideas but I'm still unclear... Can I tap on your expertise to advise me the following? 1) Design & Planning ::: As I will only be doing simple renovation with no theme, I already more or less had an idea of what my new house will be like... 2) Electrical Cable & Water Pipe laying ::: Can both Electrical wiring and Water pipe laying go at the same time? As in both contractors to work same day? Any sequence or anything to look out for? 3) Carpentry Works ::: I will be doing cabinet base in kitchen (coz my mum will be doing alot of cooking so washing is unavoidable some times...), so wet works like tiling should comes before carpentry? 4) Water Heater Installation ::: Can installation of Water Heater goes the same time together with Air-con installation? 5) Cabinet Works ::: Installation of all cabinets includes kitchen and room cupboards? And is this the part where Sink, Hood, Hob and Tap should be installed? 6) Switch Socket Installation ::: erm... actually I'm quite confused for this part, coz the electrician will not install the electrical cables and switches together at point (2)? 7) Sanitary Ware Installation ::: ok this point I understand 8) Curtain Installation ::: this I understand too +++ Actually I did some reading in Renotalk and also from this topic, I had tried to visualize the procedure of the renovation. Please do let me know if it is workable or any wrong steps in the process. +++ 1) Electrical Wiring & Water Pipe laying - I will first proceed with Electrical wiring & switches, then Internet wiring, then Water Pipe laying / extension. 2) Bricks and Cement works - Construct additional room & door (Study room), Shower screen kerb, Sink cabinet & sink installation, Cabinet kerb and (washing bay) at Service Yard. 3) Carpentry works - Construct sliding wardrobe in bedrooms, TV console, kitchen cabinets (Hood, Hob & Tap installation) . 4) Water Heater & Air-con installation - Gas Heater installation by PUB and Air-con installation by Air-con Contractor. 5) Window Grills installation - After Air-con installed, do up the windows and grills. 6) Painting - After all the installation mentioned above.? 7) Shower Screen installation - can it fit under this stage? 8) Miscellaneous installation - Dryer, Toilet accessories & curtains. Can the above planning works? Appreciate if you could help me with my questions, thank you

I think I had received a brochure from Starhub to say that we can use Fibre Broadband in Living Room and Cable Modem for Master bedroom so it can support the entire flat. Don't know if it is true but I might consider when I move coz I think for my house, my 2 kids, my parents and me will jam up the network if we only apply for 1. Is it true?

Does anyone have an idea on any seller of the Aircon Programmer Timer Plug? I had heard from my mum that one of our relative switch off the aircon main switch every morning and turn on at night when using and it save them quite a lot on the electricity bill. I can't do the same as the main switch is in my mum's room and by the time we want to switch it off, she's asleep and door closed or we simply forgotten about it. As we only switch it on at night 7 to 8pm until 12am, I think the power is still running even though we had turn it off in the room. Appreciate help and advise, thank you.
