Hi Gui, Can I ask if a house unit and block no be use to determine if a property has good feng shui, I met a FSM who use this variable as the determining factor to assess if a property is worth to buy ?What method is this ?

Have anyone try FS Master Cecil Lee ? Any comment in terms of service/accurracy/pricing ? Cause considering to use him or if anyone got any recommendation ?

My inital thoughts : 1)Laminate flooring for all bdrms. Considering chging tiles for living area if budget allow if not also laminate for living area. 2)Chg tiles for kitchen - both for wall & floor. 3)The bathroom is seperated form the WC area, intend to hack & convert into 1. Chg all tiles for wall & kitchen. Not too sure if can overlay. 4)Chg all piping & wiring for whole hse. 5)Chg all bdrms doors, grille. 6)Hack away wall between kitchen & living hall for both unit. 7)False ceiling for living area. I am aware that it will be tiring as aready been through 2 hse.

The current occupant is staying with wife with 2 kids plus sister & mother. The man is of age 40. The flat is around 30 yrs. No experience in dealing with contractor, and do not know what will be diff in terms of cost between a ID & contractor. Any good recommendation for contractor ?

I intend to reconfigure the whole place but do not know how high the cost will go.

Hi applefreak, maybe $440 + 40k is for high floor, prime location plus renovated. Mine is only on 5th floor and already close to 30 yrs. Original state.

Hi all, am a new member in this forum. Recently bought a resale flat. (Two 3 rm combine) .They call it 5I model to be exact. It is at original condition and need to renovate. Would like to know if anyone has any pic to share to provide some ideas on how to renovate this kind of flat as it has 2 kitchen/toilets/hall & 4 bedrms. The cost involved for this kind of house model as I believe it require much demolition works. Lastly any recommendation for ID or contractors. I seriously need ideas on how to reconfigure the house. My budget is looking at 40k for reno, not too sure if it is sufficient.
