Hi all, I am providing a home inspection service to detect leaky water pipes, moisture intrustion (seepage from neighbors/under the laminate/inside the cupboard etc..), termite infestation, escaping air (causing air con bills to get higher), etc... it will take me about 45mins - 1 hour to do the inspection and I charge only 150$ (those professional company charge >1000$ due to overheads) [The equipment I use is a few 1000's of dollars] this service will be good for those looking to buy new houses and want to make sure there are no further issues down the road or for those trying to sell houses to identify potential items which need repairing in order to get a better price. Hi all, I have already got my curtain done from overseas (it's the type that has a hole running through the curtain and the pole goes through that hole), do you know of any place which has a good selection of poles and may/may not do installation(I can do myself if needed), I am mainly trying to get the poles, the endings, and the attachments. everything else I have thanks so much!

nope, he said his rate is 1500$ but if choose the standard colors can make it 1400$ his samples look similar to faith coat, so j ust wondering whether anyone has experience with them and for such a niche type of product, "market rate" maybe somewhat subjective

thanks for your input david, so are you happy with the job Faith Coat did? do you mind sharing pics? color trends(the deisgner flakes people) give a 3 year warranty while faith coat gives 2 years, although i know this doesn't reflect much, but it shows some ocnfidence. And 600$ savings is a lot to us anyone who did their work with color trends/designer flakes can give me their recommendation?

designer flakes quoted me 1400, while faith coat quoted 2K (for around 90 sqft of floor and 210 sqft of walls) inclined to go with designer flakes (they have been in business for 20 years) coz its cheaper but anyone have any inputs on their work?

i see what about this company Designerflakes? they quoted be 1400 (for the same job which faith coat quoted me 2000). They have also been in the business for a long time (they say 20 years)

sorry to bump this thread, but can these water heaters be uninstalled and installed again? i plan to reno my toilet soon and also planning to buy an intant water heater right away, can uninstall and install right? or is it once installed considered the end?
