Hi septh, great home you have there.. I'll be embarking on my own renovations soon and we have similar ideas in terms of the master bedroom ensuite with study and wardrobe. Was wondering what was the aircon arrangements you did to your home and how much BTUs is powering your bedroom and is it enough? Cheers
