Heez, thanks thanks... my renov cost is ard 40k... e rainshower is ard $345... my common toilet is lighter shade tiles... so can please MIL on e other end..

Master toilet We chose black tiles to create the dramatic effect with the beige tiles.. End result is nice.. except feedback from MIL that its too dark.. keke, old pple never like dark effects.. Change the hse pipings to stainless steel .. If only, it's conceal pipings...can save some cost here... Rainshower & most of the toilet accessories are from PohJoo.. keke, i change the bi-fold door too.. Due to budget constraint, can only get typical bi-fold door.. Lastly, i luv my huge mirror... everyone ask mi why i wana such a huge mirror... actually i didnt know it will be that huge.. Yuppie.. see my nxt entry.. black vs beige

Masterbedroom We merge the bedroom 2 with masterbedroom due to space constraint.. I don't understand why the masterbedroom look smaller than the rest of the bedrooms.. We chosen parquet flooring and grey wallpaper from goodrich as the feature wall behind our bed... Can spot the conceal white wardrobe? Leading to wardrobes... Yes yes, we belong to same cluster..

Kitchen Brown & white for our kitchen cabinets with grey glass kitchen backing... I got the cooker hod (RB 3SS), hood (RH-995CT) & built-in oven (RBO-5CSI) from Rinnai... My samsung side by side fridge is up too.

Dining area with feature wall Cant be help that we need another feature wall here to hide the bombshelter...Thus, we did something simple with mirrors effect.. Study Room We did a sliding door for privacy.. We can get to convert this room to a bedroom when necessary..

Balcony We chose chengai timber decking & chengai bi-fold door. Personally, we love the bird-nest lighting..

The ceramic tiles were old n dirty.. It don't help that HDB did sent someone to clean the place before handover... End up, i got hdb to hack the entire hse tiles since they don't have any spare ones for replacement. "Must thxs bluberi & applefreak for their blog.. that's hw i learn that i can change the tiles.. " I didnt really take the photos during the process of renovation..kinda of lazy... so here's my after revamp pics.. Living Hall with feature wall Forgot to take out my tv protection cover..

They actually went through the effort to replace the existing tiles. Such a waste of manpower.. They should let your select through their appointed HDB contractors.. Is your hse gona be modern resort or balinese resort style?

BTW, u mean hdb replace all existing toilet tiles before handing over the keys? I got HDB to hack the entire hse floor & wall tiles with some top-up cost... Luckily for renotalk, if nt, i might blur blur accept the lousy condition of the floor tiles..

hihi, Anyone did bamboo blinds for their balcony?? I'm having a open concept balcony with timber decking flooring.. But i realised when the rains get heavy, it wil mess up the entire flooring.. Can the bamboo blind minimise the rain that's coming in? Also, i need some contacts for doing this.. Cheers

I need advice for my compassvale EA unit too.. I've merge my masterbedroom with bedroom 2. Thus, i need to get for master, bedroom3, study & living. Anyone have suggestions for me? Should i opte for System 4 or System 3+1 or System 2+2?

I've no clue.. mine is @ 299B ..urs? Josfoo, Compassvale- Do ur develop the defect pictures to show e technical officer OR i can juz show him my camera pics? i still feel that 1 week deadline is kinda of rush for everything..

Hihi, i've collected my compassvale keys ydae. Went up for inspection this morning & seems that they did clean up the place prior to my keys collection. I will be doing my detail inspection this saturday. Can someone share the defects list that i should look out for? I can see tons of cracks on the flooring & kitchen tiles... thanks thanks...
