ya, i'm from 27b. i took that lift that day...makes me want to puke while in the lift. wonder who's that idiot who did this...

only 1 side of the lights (at the court) were switched off at 10pm. the other side (nearer to the main road) is still on, therefore can still provide enough light to continue playing after 10pm. i'm staying at 27b and the noises can be heard from all my bedrooms. it's true that sometimes you see some teenagers playing till 1-2am, especially on fridays/saturdays. !!

1. Lifts not maintained - break down often (27B) 2. Cleanliness in carpark 3. Noise of air in pipes still persisting 4. Malfunctioning or blown lights at lift lobby 5. No corridor washing 6. Rubbish piling at dustbin area 7. Corridor wall very dirty 8. Carpark lights not on from 3rd floor onwards 9. Should deploy more traffic wardens to summon those who always park directly in front of the shops

which floor is the last chinese unit? the one beside my unit has been left "untouched" since i first went to open my door. the gates are covered in thick dust. wonder if it's still really taken up...

hi happy, think no need to buy. i always see a few lying on the ground floor...new and unused. the last few i saw were 2 at the void deck below the carpark block.

go try best superstore. they may have promotions which may not be pusblished on the papers. i bought my samsung 40" lcd tv @$2,399 and guess what? you can choose a free top-load washing machine (retailed at $599) & vacuum cleaner (retailed at $100+) or the 19" lcd tv with the vacuum cleaner. very good deal but i bought them back in nov 07. but no harm drop by there to see if there's any unspoken 'lobang'... btw, i also bought a samsung double side fridge at about $950 at that time. very good deal..

well, i paid them $32.10 and have been enjoying the services for 3 weeks now. at the end of the day, they just want you to pay that $32.10...

no need to wait for hdb. just call starhub & make some noise. they'll send their guy down to fix up the tv cable & network connections. but you need to pay $32.10. if they reject, raise your voice at them and threaten you'll stop all monthly subscriptions/payments to them (if you're already an existing customer) coz no network/cable is delaying you to shift to your new place. normally they'll give funny reasons like the block has low occupancy rates, so must wait. or they'll say something like they follow the block number to on the connectivity (ie. blk 25a, then 25b, then 26a...etc). just say you'll pay them...the next thing you'll hear is that they'll send their contracted technician down in 2 days' time. i have been enjoying my cable/connections for 2 weeks now.

you can just buy the vanish & paint it yourself. it's unlike painting the walls which needs more skills. i'll try to take some pics on the vanished doors...
