Hi finkfad! I have the same layout as yours, also in AMK! But I am possibly facing the same water tank issues as well. Please share your experience/solutions which your ID can suggest to fix this. Regarding the small toilets I am having headache as well... they are so tiny! I have to decide either the toilet bowl gets wet, or the sink gets wet. Pfffff.

Met up with jojo last weekend and she was quite friendly. However quote seems to be on the higher side. But she did gave us a good feeling, we feel like we can trust her with our place. Gonna go shop around a little while before deciding - so let's see!
