    Hi Shredderman, we are still styling our place and taking our time with the purchasing of furniture therefore we can't take pictures of the overview as yet! Will definitely share once we are done styling and decorating it. Now we have to solve our cement screed problem on hand first

    We have moved in for awhile now and our floor doesn't seem to dry yet. We have cement screed floor and it is constantly wet and sticky. Everything sticks - hair, dirt, pieces of fiber from the magic clean wipes. Does anyone have this problem/ have a solution to this? Would appreciate any help! Have contacted a few independent cement flooring companies but they didn't give any constructive advice! Lounging at home is so annoying when you are constantly stepping on a sticky surface.....

    I LOVE how perfect this is!! You guys must have OCD(in a seriously good way), I absolutely love it!! We also have a chevron feature wall in one of the rooms done by our painter. Although it looks good as a whole, it is not nearly as perfect. Applaud for your huge amount of patience!

    The spa area is amazing! I love how everything is designed to create a very laid back lifestyle. What happen to your ID? You mean they are unwilling to complete your renovation or there are delays? I hope it gets solved soon!

    I don't know if i am understanding your question right but we are using warm white 3W. When we bought it they included cool white bulbs but we didn't like the look so we changed it ourselves. As for the rainshower link, I don't have it anymore because my hard disk got wiped out. Sorry!

    Haven't been very active here for a while. I have PM-ed everyone who requested for my contractor's contact and cleared my inbox so feel free to PM me if I don't reply here. We have noticed booklice creeping all over our house. Seems like a lot of people have this problem too since they feed on algae/mould/plastering, they can be anywhere! They are really tiny but you can definitely spot them with a light background. I suggest that before you move into your house search everywhere for possible growth of any pests before moving in so that it would be a lot easier to get rid of them. Our cement screed flooring is also constantly wet (not damp, wet!) and sticky. Not sure if it is due to the humidity or the curing time of the cement. Anyone having the same problem have any solutions to share please? Combed through the internet but there isn't a permanent solution around

    No problem! We used the 3 watt lights for our dining area. T5 lights are for the toilet and the cove lighting under our counter top as well as platform area.

    Hi Mellie(eee) Thank you! We are using instant multipoint heater. We installed it inside the concealed area in the common bathroom, but is accessed from the MBR toilet water heater switch. We changed up the water heater switch outside the common bathroom to a power plug instead. We got the Bennington c600 from Gain City at about less than $300. The rain shower we got it from taobao. We were quite worried about the water pressure but it was surprisingly okay even when rain showers in both bathrooms are used. When turned on to the hottest temperature it isn't scalding hot too - we always have to turn it up to the highest when using. Heats up fast!
