Amasco fans are not very reliable. One of my Nano Fresh with light kit is behaving strangely when the fan is running and the light is off, if I switch on and off another light sometime the fan would stop and the light turn on. This happened after the fans were installed about one year. The service response is quite bad as they don't reply to your email. I have Fanco installed for more than 4 years and so far so good. I have just installed a KDK R48SP recently and very happy with it. Think twice about buying Amasco products in future.

Don't believe in those 1000m3/hr or whatsoever numbers stated, nowaday most cooker hoods come from the same factory in China all look the same! High suction power can also mean noisy.

Which model is your hob? Is it glass top?

I have installed 2 Arino Caprio WC about 1.5 years now, so far quite happy. The service from Genova is very good if you need helps after installation in adjusting the flush and the speed at which the cover closing. If you have issues in flushing sticky business, just use a water jet to spray first.
