Consider keeping the wall behind the tv free from extreme patterns and grids for a cleaner feel. Brick wall may be too elaborated and harsh, esp reddish tint.

Why don't you do up the whole house's infrastructure first before choosing your furniture so that you will know exactly which fits what, and what is nice or not and not turn the whole hse rojak because there is a tendency of wanting different things at different times based on different moods, and 9 of 10, these things clash.

I suggest you change the window grille. Too cage like.

a grey concept is nice but invest on excellent lighting, else it will look like a prison cell (esp with all those horrific window grilles in new BTOs) if u use normal LED white.

Actually do you have THAT many clothes so much so you need a walk-in wardrobe at the expense of a storeroom? My take is throw away clothes you dun wear for more than 3 months, you will realize you have only a need for that one wardrobe. it's a fanciful idea with a walk-in but unless you have space in your home, I suggest do without, keep your storeroom and it will prove much more handy.

actually, there is not hard and fast rule on this.

Expending one room just for a walk-in wardrobe may be a little too excessive.
