so dun need hack and if want to convert back to children room also can. headache small area must crack my brain to see where to make full use of the space . Actually lady , how much you all budget for a 85-90 area size for your reno ? 20K - 30K ?

me also have a idea of bring MBR door abit forward so can connect to the beside room . is it the same as you are thinking too . A other idea is making a connecting door in between MBR and the bedroom 2 Which idea is better ?

Anyone intend to hack down the bedroom 2 wall and connect the MBR to make it bigger for cupboard and space . I have many many stuffs and clothes prehap the MBR not enuogh for me . Anyone have better idea w/o hacking the bedroom 2 - MBR wall . I need some advise

For me the handler is not eunogh for me to hand my clothes , Do you all think can dismantle it , I will prefer those hand on top (like the old style ) . the kitcher is small so I think must remove all clothes if you are cooking or frying chicken wing . Gals one thing i Dun like is the window in master bedroom for aircon do you are think can block it up ??

YA it is small , i also feel disappoint nevermind try think the bright side , can save money dun need buy too many furniture or reno too much . One thing mop floor also save a lot of time

Yes xlan 25B is the blk slowest w/o window and painting , (sad is my blk ) funny is my HDB status say 4Q/2007 can have 2nd appt , abit scare within 5mth the window can fix . hope it will not do at a rush job .

Nice 25B by 4Q2007 can take key , as my status also show that . I will take my time reno as I Dun want to live in a Block only me alone , quite scary . bean (25B Lv 10)

me at 25B lv 10 , i quite worry abt the west sun , my side maybe have west sun , hope the window is tinted glass . How abt you facing west or east . Anyway I everyday drive pass there , I think 25B wont be fast for collection key , Current unit 108 and those facing east window is not up yet and yet no painting . Currently only 25A and 27A is fully paint with yellow paint , prehap there will take key faster than us . So excited , too bad our blk is the slower ,maybe no stock for window heehee 2 week already still no see window

Hi Lady , SOme question , as I just sign the agreement and I going to ROM on 2 Dec 2007 ,if the key is really to collect before 2 Dec 2007 , Can I get the key 1st before submit the Certification . Anyone have the some experience as me , and can get key before submit marry cert Heehee too kan chiong to get the reno done up bean
