HDB just call up me , abit disppointment he say my cases will ask the JM contractor to settle , and I say I duN see any work going on . Cant HDB do something to it . he say there is a lot of defect going on so the contractor maybe accumlate all defect and then use a tobala . I tell him I have 2 week nvr go down JM , I really worry my unit flood a not . call him better go chase them to act fast They say they are looking into this matters . think in charges of our place like is HDB officer Tan and chia ma . Think if u all have defect better email to HDB so they know there is problem there . They will call u in 1-2 days

Ya write in maybe the best way , but I have email to HDB too , think they scare to reply me to start my reno as I ask is the rectify done ? . Anyone in this forum and in our JM good in english maybe can write a letter and we also sign as below . Problem is sent to who har > Town concil , HDB or MP (heehee our MP is Lee leh )

Better to play safe (take photo of the defect )fax to them and email to both HDB and Contractor . I feel contractor dun show much care on our defect like sit there wait for thing to happen . All complain to HDB so HDB will know there is something wrong wif our area and hope they will action . (NO choice I have lost my patient with the contractor ) Normally the HDB officer will call u the nxt day . I so angry until I challenge the officer ask him this question " How u all rectifiy fault har " can repair my choke sink without going into my hse " and "rectifiy the watermarks without using a Botola is it " > he say that the only way the contractor have to rectifiy the fault for watermarks outside the building , they cant do nothing . I tell him u better check it out with the contractor . For me I waiting for a Black and white (by email) to tell me I can reno and rectify work is done . (delaying my reno sianz sianz)

Ya either u call or email straight to HDB at bbmadmin@hdb.gov.sg and CC to the contractor at bmrc36@eptc.sg It better to give HDB so they will go down see and chase the contractor . is it there is gondola at Blk 196, but I never see them in my blk . what are the contractor doing . really worry . Happy u better take some picture for proof and keep it if future need it . by the way where is MBR wc ? What can the contractor do for my basin if it is choke har ? They duN need go in my unit one to fit it one isit heehee No one fit a appointment with me and they say they rectify . Power sia Word is more power than action . The word can make my sink choke . Getting impatient with the HDB Contractor . I dun see any work being done in our blk for this few week after the complain . I never see any tombola being hang and worker doing the repair work outside . Anyone see the 'Tombola" ?? The only reply from the contractor lady is they will do they will do the rectify work . should I start reno 1st ?

waaa thank jacky , the guidelines I see until "gong gong " Mean if I want hack someway need to hv HDB approval right , so any charges for the paperwork ?? My bomb shelter door I wont remove after so many "man fan " issue and the sliding door cost me 780 A door leh . if next time shift hse I wont want to carry the door to my "future new hse "

Dunno yet leh , actually I still dunno where and what to start , today meet my ID to see have artwork and design 1st . I only know she call as use water tank me also changing the SCV point too , good question tonight i ask my ID how . ANyone remove the bomb shelter door har ? as my ID say if I want to cover the bomb shelter actually i can remove the door and keep the door inside (as when you sell away yr unit need to put back the door only) . The only problem you have to find a place for the bomb shelter door .

woo bathtub me also feel like having t , but i scare the bathtub put in our toilet like need small small type . End up if i put water in the bathtub and i jump in prehap all the water will flow out lor .

ALL neighbour if you all hv defect , like watermark or other pls report to HDB bukit merah better . As the officer from HDB tell me contractor never tell them hv watermarks also in other unit . They dUnno abt this watermarks issue . IMPORTANT " 27B IS THE CONTRACTOR NOT HDB " He say the contractor need to work and rectify , else cant hang over . Now I scare the contractor want easy job and get money fast fast so never report to HDB . Report pls attach the photo as proof will be better
