My kitchen still have some problem , I ask the officer how and this time I going to claim compensation ,who should I look for . straight away say claim the Main con ,but we are buying the flat from H_B why need us to go chase the main con . Yes I total agree I email to my blk officer and his senior requested a good explaintion to my defect , they wont email back and only call me in a quick and say the main contractor will go down (but no one call me to make a arrangment ) Actually me and my husband think of just hack care if we are selling our unit in 5year time but I say 5year time we cant find a good location like JM and the cost now . I too tired of this as HDB push to main contractor , and HDB push all to us . I going to MP on Wednesday . how they can help us in resolve this in a clean job and not have any more of this . I will feedback after my visit .

sad sad : ( : ( my kitchen still hv leakage after all thing hv been done and reinstall . I now notice the below pipe like also hv crack or holes but this time like need to hack open the wall tiles to see or repair as is right below the pipes . this time they cant say is the top neighbour make the holes (plumber poke to hard from the top) waaaa the **** is this . Anyone can advise me , I really dun feel like paying this . IS NOT OUR FAULT , ALL THE PIPE IS INSIDE HOW WE KNOW IT HAVE CRACK OR HOLES ONLY UNTIL WE MOVE IN THEN CAN SEE . As the water is little by little flow out from the tiles My cupboard soon will spoilt if keep install and uninstall .

Dneo , 1st i relised my tiles often abit water and cold , and yellow tiles(actually is moist ) u must use yr hand go and touch is it damp ,feel it ? I feel how come the silicon is damp and is keep getting worst(more and more tiles area damp so end up my nightmare being lor . advise open the top and see and touch the pipe is it wet at the outside . Hope is fine , is ver very man fan

thx neighbour for all yr concern , HDB cross finger say he not going to get involve to claim issue . I can write letter or what . He say not one know what problem HDB or contractor . I say we are the victim so u are telling me the stones drop from the heaven . They like pushing the fault to the heaven like i the unlucky one lor so L L la Actuallly u are dun need to find the holes( the holes only will have water flow if there is internal leakage ) , just need to open up the TOP "white board " to see inside is it leakage or have water inside . (use yr hand to feel the pipe to see is it wet) I ask him abt the toilet bowl he say oh the holes very big ma , shld be no problem . OMG !!!!! He also cant do anything . He tell me there is a lot breakin in the connection blk to carpark as they received police report from there. thx nemofc , toilet bowl is a big issue as all thing have done , if need to dismantle is a big job again . very fan fan fan

. Choked toilet bowl.. contractor dismantle the toilet bowl and say the toilet bowl that hdb provided.. the hole is too small and will be choke easily if we use too much toilet paper ( my MBR toilet also like that ) SO what did HDB or your Contractor do ?? Happy , u free to visit me today(monday) message me see if I around . YA my contractor call me claim against HDB . As I ask the China Contractor how long can help me settle know what he say , oh depend on paper work lor we need to do HDB need to do . I tell him off I have no time . Happy is dirty water , smelly as is the water from the upper lv . I really scare will have dengure mosq . Postwonder for your sinK ? u mean ? the small water outlet pipe(holes) at the bottom near the washing machine area. according to HDB, it is for water to flowout when there is leakage or overflow of the internal pipes. seal in up and they said it's ok.

seal are u sure , the HDB say if u seal if water leak inside u wont know and end up flood inside , it will go though socket or tiles when it have a small holes (yes he also say stupid design as normally ppl will do a base for washing machine and end up seal it . You will see my cases Now i upload my photo , the water inside can put a big fish inside . I tired of this

sad sia , my kitchen have water leakage , I have to hack my below kitchen cupboard and tiles and see what is going wrong , and now is not the contractor problem , end up is the small holes that HDB claim to say this holes is for the water to come out if there is something wrong with the internal pipe (etc pipe crack ) . ANd he say he have see 5 cases same as me only will see when the owner live in . :( And tommor HDB and my contractor will come and see who fault is it ? if is HDB , my contractor will claim toward HDB . I not going to pay anything , if HDB fault they dun want to pay I going for HDB or Town concil high authority . Ya if the toilet w/o open too big can see . as I try open to it max size . I can see people walking one the connection walkpath heehee . Heng I notice so I normal open little bit .
