Hi Shah, Finally manage to find someone who understand the problems with marine parade homes. I have lived here for about 9 years and decide to do exactly what you did. The biggest problem is really the toilet. I would really love if you could share the pictures of your home now. Different parts of the home . Who did you finally go with , the contractor. Maybe an estimate of your renovation cost too. I am still at initial stage of designing etc. Budget is not too big but adequate. Any advice would be great. Thanks Nat
