Hi, Sorry for the late reply. I was away. My place is done but not all the furnitures, paintings and decorations are in yet. Here are some pictures of my place that is not 100% done up thus it looks only so-so. Hopefully it will look better when we have all the things in place. Will share some more pictures when my place is fully done up. So how was your meeting with jimmy? So far, we are happy with their workmanship and materials that they used. Better than what the developer gave us. No complains! They were quick to reponse on places that we were not happy about.

Hi, To anyone that is interested in Yonder, just to give an update. We recently got our place due to some delay on the developer's side. Currently, Yonder is rushing out the house for us. In terms of their protection for the flooring, I will say that it was one of the best we have seen. Our carpentary is currently halfway done and I am quite impressed with their quality of work. The parts that they used were even better than what was given in our condo! Will keep you guys updated with pictures when my place is ready.

Hi JupiterMan, I have heard of Triza before cos most of the works that the magazines have on Yonder are her works. Maybe cos she is more popular thus she will take a longer time to reply u. My ID so far quite on. He was the first ID who got back to us. He was also open for any negotiation of the price. So was quite happy with what we have work out in the end thus we decided to sign with them. What are you intending to do for your renovation? Actually it really all depends on what u do and how much u can negotiate with Triza. The contract that we finally agreed include other stuff besides the renovation.

Hi JupiterMan, They quote me about $30+K for the reno. I negotiated with them and both parties came to a compromise. Although other companies quoted me cheaper, my confidence in them is just not there. For instance, one company quoted me with a lot of hidden cost. Luckily I did a read up to know about it.
