just an update, our house has cleared the 1 yr warranty period given by o.r.a.n.g.e.c.u.b.e and things started to spoil alr, other than the led bulbs that went kaput in 2mths. laminates started warping and tiles that dropped out still not replaced. ID even wanted to charge for workman to come down even tho these fixes are small. no after sales service at all so do beware and engage them at your own risk. we would NEVER recommend o.r.a.n.g.e.c.u.b.e to anyone.

won't recommend ***** too. id was always trying funny tricks like changing payment terms and asking us to clear in full first coz he won't get commission till it's fully paid. worse thing is lighting vendor he recommended and gt commission frm supplied led bulbs that spoiled within 2 mths! tiles popped out aft 2 mths too. if u rlly wanna give them a shot, req for 5 yrs warranty coz the 1 yr they give is certainly nt enough
