Hi, i just received a reminder from my town council for payment of conservancy charges. In the bill, it shows SC/CC IN ARREARS which is $24.25 and a CURRENT MONTH SC/CC CHARGES of $48.50. My question is:what is the SC/CC IN ARREARS about? PLs advise me..thanks

only the 2 of us living in the house and we will only take hot showers. for a storage heater, if i were to turn in on to use in the morning, I will still need to turn it on again and wait abt 10-15mins to re-heat again before i can take hot showers at night rite>? Sorry if im asking some silly questions..been using instant heater all along

Yup, i already clearly state that im have already dismantle all the built-in cabinets and need to dispose them.But they say that they do not dispose anything related to built-in furnitures as they need to dispose in lorong halus. Acutually, as i dismantle quite a whole row of built-in cabinets in the MBR and living room, theres quite a lots of wood. I can ask some friends to help out. But my question is: Can i throw all this wood at my block's rubbish refuse area? Pls advise

Hi, im working on a tight budget on reno but i would like to replace the floor and wall tiles of 2 toilets and kitchen. I was thinking overlaying the tiles rather than hack and re-lay. But im not sure how much difference in terms of cost will i be able to save? the big question: is it worth to overlay?

Hi, i have dismantle some built-in cabinets and would like the town council to clear it. But when i call them to arrange, they say that they will not ab able to do it since they only clear items such as fridge,cupboard sofa and etc... Is it true that there is such a rule? How to you guys resolve this? Thanks
