Oh well, i think thats the part and parcel of buying things...i also got rip-off $1k by a shop which sells bedframe and matteress. Only got to know the fair value when i went to those home exhibtions. Got to learn to accept it..

Anyone using this fridge? I like the cool look of the stainless steel doors but i think the power consumption for this model is rather high? Since you already have class 1 in mind and they did not honor their promise to give you the free upgrade to class 0, just take it that all along it was class 1 lor. But the funny thing was how come they offer free upgrade to class 0 when they commented later on that their default insulation is class 0? Maybe you can sort this out with them...sales ppl are r evil:)

Hi, i see you guys are really into this insulation thingy. Honestly, how much difference or impact will this class 0 or class 1 make? How much diff in the price too? I believe that even class 1 is approved by HDB and should not posed any big problems. I dont think u can gaurantee that there will be no problems after you use class 0 insulation. Correct me if im wrong. Just my own opinion!

hi, heard from my dad that its good to install a stop valve to every water pipes running in your house. In case when one of the pipes burst or one of your tap is leaking, you will not need to turn off the water supply for the whole house. What do u call those valve? do u guys install?

What abt divider made from tiber strips.. i would like those timber strips that are thin and laid closely with one another. Not like those where its a few thick block and space quite far apart..Any forumers have any come across any pics on these here. Do post me the link! Thanks
