If flooring, i would greatly recommend vinyl flooring, Its cheap, durable and have choices of colurs for u to choose

If you want to save cost, i would recommend using vinyl tiles, its cheap, you don't need to hack existing tiles and its very durable. If you want to do vinyl tiles, you can contact Mr Ng at 93384114. His do renovaton works. If you have any enquires, u can contact him.
