Has anyone of you install a mixer for your face basin but with only cold water? I only instatnt water heater so i do not have hote water coming out from any other taps beside my shower head. But if i buy a mixer, will the plumber have problem installing it for me?

My floor plan. The kitchen area is rather small, short and narrow. Had a big headache trying to find the best layout for this small space. But I love the enormous living room. One of those old HDB with no attached bathroom in the master bedroom. And cannot hack wall in between due to the structure beam.

Finally its my turn to start a reno blog after months of reading the blogs on renotalk. Thank you to everyone who contributed to renotalk as i picked up so much information on where, what, how, who, why..... I got my keys in late July/ early August. After 2 months of searching for a good ID with the right quotation and attitude. Please do not ask me to share contacts of my ID yet as its too early to know if he is 100%. Hope everything will be resolve soon and get your money back. Can I also ask you for your electrican's contact as I find the one my ID refers to is quite expensive and I am trying to get an alternative quote. Thank you.

Can I ask how long did your Taobao items take to deliver to yr door from the minute you click buy? Am trying to guesstimate when I should buy as I dont want the stuff to arrive too early or too late. Can I also ask what do u buy 1st for your reno? Hob? Toilet bowl, Air con? I have not start buying anything at all. Thanks!

You ID's qoute is the same for both granite and quartz? If so, it is very cheap leh. I was qoute 1885 for granite and 2465 for quartz for a 14 ft kitchen top. Looking forward to your reno pics. I have not even started and already losing the steam.....

Hi, chanced upon yr blog and saw we have a similar unit layout. Sorry to hear all your frustrating moments with the irresponsible ID. Hope you can get all the hiccups sorted out soon. I am still looking for a suitable ID and thinking of how to do up the kitchen as I think the kitchen is quite short and narrow. Do you mind posting more pictures of your kitchen. I am having a headache of where to put my fridge, washing machine etc. like to get some ideas from you. Thank you
