I imagine one would use construction adhesive to glue them to wall and an electric nail gun to nail the edge at 45 degrees angle. I still can't think of a solution to finish the edges as the sides of the edges will be exposed due to right angle wall

Can we remove the original hdb window and frames to install a fixed glass instead? Meaning it will not be possible to open or close window (since most of the time using air-con). Glass to coat with teflon to prevent dirt. Crazy or possible? (legally) Constructive please.
