Hi OPW, i did not received any calls from sub con since tues too.. very fed up.. Hi H4Happy, i totally agree we should gather and complain... ... Hi Ms Bean, i did wat the contractor says.. use less Toilet paper in my common toilet lor.. i seldom use the toilet oso... contractor only advised us to buy new toilet bowl.. we did not make a complain to hdb.. cos we tot its not a common problem and just resign to fact that we are unlucky...

hi all neighbours.. i realised our flat's quality really sux... i wonder if all new flats in another area have such problems as well.. Problems i encounter... 1. Choked toilet bowl.. contractor dismantle the toilet bowl and say the toilet bowl that hdb provided.. the hole is too small and will be choke easily if we use too much toilet paper... DUH! and i saw the hole.. it is really small.. 2. Door - the hinges all spoiled.. cannot locked.. called sub con to come take a look.. since tues... no one revert till now. 3. Telephone line no connection. singtel claim its hdb fault as our line connection outside the flat is okay.. hence there is a faulty connection in the flat.. call hdb sub con.. they say its singtel's fault.. nothing they can do abt it as singtel have inspect all the tel socket before handover... WTF!~ so angry called singtel and tell them to come down to solve the problem and i will not pay a single cent ( as singtel wana charge me $50 to come resolve the prob)... in the end they absorb the $50 and fixed the problem for me.. But i seriously think it's hdb's problem.. but u noe them.. always pushing it to others.. and never get things resolved 4. Water pipe leaking in kitchen ... we discover this b4 our reno... think its the same situation as ms bean.. complain to sub con like 4 times b4 they resolve the problem... Seriously very fustrated with the quality of our flats.. plus we paid rather high price as compared to other 4 rm flats in singapore... and HDB sub con service really sux... not efficient and never resolve our problems...

I never take pics leh.. maybe i will cos i gg down again this fri for turning on my power and water... water was dripping out of electric points ... very yucky and smelly... ur defects rectify already.. haiz.. i guess this will definately delay my reno.. esp they need to hack walls.. dun noe need to wait for how long...

Hi msbean, i totally agree.. feel that alot of defects for the flats... my id just went to our flat and check the defects and there is one major problem.. the pipe in the kitchen which is embedded in the wall has burst and is leaking out of the powerpoint at the washing area.. even the paint corroded.. hdb needs to hack the wall and replace the pipes.. heng i never do any reno or move in yet.. if not sure very ex to hack the stupid wall... and few weeks back, our lving area is flooded with water due to the washing of the floors outside and the water in the living rm leaked into the rm link to the living rm... very sianz.. the flats like not very gd quality leh.. before i move in already so many problems.. hope afte reno wun have any more problems...

Ya lo.. rite in the middle of the living room got a pool of water and the water seeps to my first room.. yucky now.. very smelly.. OPW.. u haven start ur reno too? think urs will start first.. mine will prob start next mth or mth after next... Binzz... so u won ma ytd nite??
