hi hppy, keheheh its my blk 26D. if can make friends with those staying high floor then can enjoy at their living room hahaha. Was telling my hubby yesterday coz We saw a few units wif lights on and was tinking of going to knock on the door to ask them to allow us go in hahahah. But who will allow stranger to go into their hse right. hm.... ani blk at our area can see the durain there? coz there fireworks longer n better compare to MF.

Hi elaine1205 was toying wif the idea. Hubby got to same thought as u tat it will eat up the space but when c yang guo's pic, like ok leh. Now reali dunno wat to do, wan pretty pretty = less space, wan space= less pretty... arghhhh... hehee reali wan to go to yang guo hse there to take a look. to experience the feature wall n the passage way. haw narrow or wide When will b ur open hse yang guo?? !!

Hi Zlia, i was at our new plc yesterday n saw mount faber firewrks!!! But tat applies to the high floor ppl..... was trying to think of stoopid ideas to get into ppl's hse hahaha. But we didn't lah, stand at the corridor n watch the firworks. Aniway my unit is at lower floor. envy those on higher floor again for thise nice views!!! can relax at the living room to enjoy the fireworks. happy new yr to all new yr new home to start wif...

Hi Yang guo, Like to check wif u on the bombshelter feature wall. Can ur feature wall hid the bombshelter door + handle??? or u have remove the handle. coz the handle is protruding out n cannot be done and our passage way will be even more narrow. But i saw u tat u did it nicely leh . how har??? coz i oso plan to do a feature wall to hide the bombshelter but after hearing the ID from one showflat at JM say not possible i so sad

i noe i noe if the carpark no free means our plc is near town so HDB wan more $$$ so they charge lor.. Heard tat some HDB estate got to pay parking on sunday one leh. Not sure if ours need or not. Can go check our the parking charge board. I tink it up at the entrance of the carpark. saw it a few time when go there. But never put coupon when park there hahaha.

Hi Nemofc, sorry i tink me abit late in replying u heehee.. me osoo havn't found ID, was hubby idea to get HDB to rectify first coz they will take time. Not so good rush them and moreover if ur ID start work concurrently, they will shift blame here n there. then u will b in the loosing end woh. DUn wan to take tat chance . Aniway my hse till now haven't finish rectify the defects yet. was reading thru' ur blog n saw a terrible ting happen in ur unit. Its rather shocking. Actuali no harm trying to ask them for replacement of the sink n WC. U never noe, maybe they will replace it for u. tell them the sink too dirty to be use. u must noe we paid for the stuff in the unit!!.

Hi nemofc, congrats on getting the keys.... Once u got to key to open hse must check defects!! Very impt!! coz my unit got lots of defects... till now they are still rectify it. Meantime i still sourcing ID , so they can take their time Get more people to help u check defects, coz sometime u will miss it. We got a few friends to help us check n found lots of defects...

Hi Binzz heehe i dun mind visit ur hse heehee. i go speak to my hubby n will arrange with u. Real headache if living rm cannot put aircon.

Hi binz.. saw ur t-blog and realize that you have air con fixed in ur living/ dining area and the trunking is nicely done. can check how u got the aircon man to run the trunking??? Coz i haf been to a few flat with aircon, the trunking r so ugly and ruin the deco.

hm.... then maybe is 27B i cannot remember clearly.But one tink i can be sure is there certain area is cover up n not access to public and its near the main con office.. Anyway the unit is locked, u need to go up with the ID.

I not so sure the unit nos. But i think its 27A 5th floor. Coz we went up with the uncle from Tong Hong.

I have saw one showflat, the kitchen can do sliding door but the sliding panel can cover the whole wall where the main circuit breaker box is located w/o having to have the fixed panel whereby u have suggested. But then the sliding panel is not full glass, it has some wood trimming on it. It cover nicely on thw wall.

aiyooo sooo envy u guyz.... stay soo high up. can go ur hse nxt time to c fireworkz heehee !! By the way, xlan u got fix aircon in living room? saw a showflat,the aircon trunking in living room is exposed and looks ugly. Check with the ID, he say cannot conceal it due to our structure. Not sure any ppl encounter this problem. seems like cannot haf air con in the living room
