Happy, this happens when they say going to shift to new plc need new stuff mah anywya old cupboard etc.. al pretty durable coz once u place it there u dn shift it so it won't collapse mah. hi Nemofc, Tink do concrete better. coz i got one friend's sister;s hse. The kitcchen worktop is made of wood with solid surface, after 5 yrs the wood spoilt and she need to change the whole cabinet. I will be doing concrete support for the whole work top

simple is nice.. simple= spacious as well. Actuali a hse not necessary need a theme. If the owner likes wat is inside is enff. Ultimately is the owner who is going to stay in the hse n not visitor Owner happy can liao Actuali a theme home is more difficult to maintain. coz u cannot any how add stuff when time goes by. Like different stages in life, will tend to add different ting in. Also when got kids ard oso difficult.
