True we needed to spend twice on agent fees and twice on furnitures and etc.. But come to think of it, it is an entittlement to Singaporean to benefits from the lower interset by HDB. People normally make use of the opportunity to buy and start of with an affordable unit from the HDB using the loan. If opportunity arise, upgrade it to a bigger one with the concession loan, earn some money and live in it forever. Hope you won't miss the opportunity in upgrading ... first timer buy an executive, next time if needed to down grade or via versa upgrade ( A windfall is ok but if financial crisis then how?) shall have issues. Seriously deep financial calculating is required....

Most of the time startup slowness could likely be due to the startup services in your local machine. You can always out look for the no of service startup in the control panel. Is there any fail startup services?...Any system agents running like inventory collection? Any software update services? GPO objects running backend? logon script?... virus realtime startup scan? ... So many things running on the background of a user's machine.....

Af ew places to manupilate the startup process, the startup folder in start menu, the registry "run" key under HKLM/HKCU, system startup services, Kernel VXD startup..... so many places but just not able to control the shutdown process. Typical design of windows....

Maybe the one that gives good review should stand up and clarrified "how good" it is....

In UNIX we have startup and shutdown scripts, K01...., S01... where we can manupilate the items we wanted to start up and shutdown. How about the Windows, do we have such?

I converted one of my toilet upstair to become a storage room. remove the basin, WC bowels, piping..... Also like many EM owner, They convert the area under the stair to become a storage area too. That means, we can store barang barang both upstair and downstair. Upper level storage for items use upstair only and downstair one for the below floor. Such that don't need to climb up and down every day to retrieved items that is meant for second and climb from first or via versa...... One problem with EM, so many exercise a day

I believe no mummy will like to have their girl being opposition and re-bellious. Why not return and back to the old days and listen to ma ma words? Soft and obedience. Today maybe the last opportunity for Cherlyn to be a mummy girl and cling on her mother. Tommorow She is an adult and have to to be a wife/mother. So cheris it. Or maybe use a soft pychology method. Retrieve all your babies, toodles, chld hood picture of your together with your mother. Do re-kindle the sweet memories of your's with her. Hope this may help her to re-call all the sweet moments.. Utimately a mother will sure have a motherly love for their children. Have a sweet good farewell talk with her calmly the night before the AD. A kiss, hub if needed and tears are inevitable. Just remind her, your time spending with her are getting lesser and are more precious in this period. Good luck
