I am not joking, in the past there was an accidence where the contractor un-intentionaly burst the gas pipe. as during renovation, owner don'tturn on the gas supply thus the hazard is left un-discovered. It was only discovered when lifes are gone as the owner moved in and with the gas turn on leaking bit by bit during the night..... causing poisoning. As gas are suppose to be odourless, pub purposely put a purgent smell to make it detectable. But too bad is the leak gas is too little and it is hide behind the kitchen cabinet.The stinge of carpentry work smell actually cover the gas purgent. So sad story. So better beware.
