Im not trying to be difficult here but i reely need to know over all does the id company covers the warranty.my sub con doesnt seem to be co-operating...less than a year and i encountered some workmanship defects here n there and when i showed her she juz told me to "maitain"??! did a major renovations which cost over 30k. There are peelings,white cements or painting coming off from the sides of the my framedoors...and cracks on my kitchen walls as well...how do i post pics here?

From what the 24hrs electrician said,he cant reset the DB box coz there's no power coming in,thus he got to change some parts of the db box..after the power comes in he inspect every single powerpoint n electrical appliances to check if which on might cause the powertrip.it happen to either my kitchen lightings or toilet. As he said these lights are linked to my bedroon lights,therefore we cant on those lights.need to check the internal wiring.alredy called my sub contractor and she is arranging for her electrician to come in.

I did a major renovation for my 4rm resale flat.its been less than a year and ive got cracks in my wall when one of the contractors appointed by HDb came to check.The contractor evem told me that i shud still be under warranty as its been less than a year but the big issue here is i had a power failure last nite fom 9pm-3.30am.we engaged a 24hr electrician and he got to change some parts of the DB box.he checked every single powerpoint and all our electrical appliances are fine.the problem lies wif the internal wiring and till today my kitchen,toilets and bedrooms light are all down.was told need to do rw-wiring...how shud i proceed?

Hi,my resale.flat undergo major renovations last oct/nov till the last work ard january..so its been less than a year.now what happens is my flat had a power failure last nite,from 9pm-3.30am.called my sub con and she told me she to call a 24hrs electrician.the electrician guy changed some parts of the DB board n checked every single powerpoint n lightings.finally he managed to track the short circuit and the fault lies with the internal wiring which links my bedroom lights to my kitchen n toilet lights.so now we cant on the lights..no problems wif all our electrical appliances..he said we need to do re-wiring he left wif $300 but my kitchen,bedrooms,toilets are all dark...
