What material does the kitchen cabinet use?

I wire up everything already, but found out the distribution box don't use a bus bar. Can't seem to figure out what is the type of cable used, and it's size. Any old bird can share their experience with old type distributor box? Where can buy the "bus cable" and what size? Otherwise, can use a bus bar anot?

My old hdb have these rusty louvre windows, can no longer open or close the windows.. Any idea how to fix? These windows can DIY anot?
