Can this be used for the wash basin choked by all the hair that is stuck inside? If not, how can I clear the chokage without unscrewing and removing the choked part (dunno what it is called).

Hi Redwyrm, The loan letter is for you to submit your pay slip to HDB so that they can assess what is the max loan that they will give you. And also to ask you how much loan you want to take and pay in how many years. After this is settled, they will then give you your keys to your beloved flat. From the people here who has gone through this, they estimate that once you send back your loan letter to HDB, it will take 2-3 weeks before HDB calls you up to take your keys.

Hi Redwyrm! Do you know that 1 of the lift on each side is already working in Blk A. You can take the lift and go to your flat but it will be locked. A piece of paper with the defects spotted by the HDB staff is pasted outside your flat. I went to see see look look outside the flat to both yours and mine last Sunday. For mine, they reported that my main door is scratched and a few other things which i cannot remember. Hopefully the contractor rectifies all these soon!

Both 1 and 4 will hit the gantry! I think it is all BS when they said they want to monitor the speed around there. Once the ave speed drops to 20-30km/h, they will activate it. All they know is how to build ERP gantry but they should think of how to solve the design of the road instead. That road has been there for at least 30 years! They should think of ways to widen it and move the bus stop somewhere else. That stupid bus stop is just a few metres from the entrance and everytime the bus stops, it will affect all the cars behind it. The traffic light is another 50m away. With both the bus stop and traffic light there, how can the traffic move any faster???

Hi coco_mybibi, which floor are you staying? I'm staying at the upper floors did you sneak in to take a look before they locked up the staircases? Our aircon ledge is really small compared to the other blocks that I have seen.

I have taken the actual site measurement of my flat in Blk 79A 5rm. I climbed up all the way to the upper floors... almost passed out! The mesaurements doesn't tally with the floor plan measurements hor... HDB will eat 10 cm here... 5 cm there... I have taken too many photos and dunno which one to share with you all Can't be uploading everyone... I've also taken some photos of the 4rms as well... 1 thing I noticed was some of the 4rms in 79A, the toilet is in the kitchen! Not like the other blks where the toilet is in the walkway to the rooms.

I managed to sneak in just now at around 645 !! Went to the 5th floor and took a look at the 5rm. Took some pictures as well... Will upload them when I find a working card reader... All the card readers I have are spoilt!!! At least now, I can visualise and have a better idea of my flat !! Sad to say, all the rooms are just as small as the other blks Will sneak up again on Sunday... was a bit rush just now and sky was getting dark !!
