A lot of TV fans here I also watch Heroes, Lost, Sex and the city (I haven't finish the whole series yet) Prison break or rather going to watch. I ordered the DVDs on amazon and they are now lying around my house. I'm waiting to shift in first before starting cos my current house the TV in my room is just a small 14". Watch also not shoik. Besides TV series, I also have a lot of movies as well... Next time when all of us shift in, can really organise movie marathons... HAHA !!

Yes, I'm replacing the toilet bowls and i got from them also... Spent so much yesterday! !! broke broke broke... Still left a few things haven't bought yet... Kitchen sink, kitchen mixer, both toilets basin, toilets accessories and lights! !!

Yah, I hacked the wall between my MBR and bedroom 2 but the headache part is the one in the living room. I constructed an entertainment room in the living so my living room aircon must be placed after the beam and not at the area near the air con ledge window wall. The bedroom 3 wall next to the living is also a reinforced wall that cannot be drilled through so really dunno how is the piping going to run to the toilet.

Any Blk A 5 roomers did your air con trunking already? I've having trouble thinking of how to run the trunking in my living room when there's a huge beam running across the whole living room. Even my ID also say it is quite a headache. I'm trying to arrange my air con contractor to come down and take a look first but in the meanwhile tot if there is any kind neighbour who has already done the trunking maybe can enlighten me how did you do yours.

Agree with Fifi that Maltese seldom shed which is good but when their fur starts getting long, have to spend time to brush everyday! If not they will start getting matted. Actually Ember is now botak... cos we went for a 1 wk holiday 2 wks back and left her at my parent's place. Needless to say, my sis won't know how to brush her fur. When I got back, her whole body was badly matted. I have to send her to the groomer and shave her botak... Now, she looks very skinny and slim... Not as cute looking but still as lovable... Wow! Your maltese can really jump... Actually I dun really encourage mine to jump, scared when she gets old next time will have lots of problems with the knees and hips...

Hi Val, this is the baby gate I got... Just put it across the room door and use 2 stools to hold it up. Must make sure the stools are sturdy and heavy enough to prevent the doggies from crashing through the gate...

Yup! She can jump up but don't dare to jump down... haha... Sometimes I let her roam the house while me and wifey go out for awhile but she keh kiang go and jump up the sofa and get stuck there. When we come home, we find her lying on the sofa waiting for us. So we have to lock her up in 1 room using a baby gate when we go to work everyday instead of letting her have freedom in the house in case she goes and jump to the sofa and get stuck there for the whole day!

Her reno already completed. It is because I've seen her place done by Mr K and my wife likes the workmanship that's why we decided to get Mr K to give us a quotation. But the timing seems to be a bit out. First time called him, he said he is on leave. Waited for 1 wk before he returned to work. Second time called him, he said he is very packed. Couldn't meet me and told me to email him my floor plan together with what I wanted to do and he will give me a quotation. He said he can give me a quotation very fast but up till now he hasn't gotten back to me after I emailed him last week.

I'm considering Linear Space. Meeting the ID tonight to make some changes to the design of the Master Bedroom. Dunno whether he needs to re-quote ornot... If not again waste some more time... You can ask Kenneth to give me a quote fast before I make my final decision within 1-2 days. If he gets my biz, it is easy for him to oversee also since we upstairs downstairs only
