Hi guys, I just wanted to share that I received many enquiries about the china painter that I mentioned. To clarify, in the end I didnt use the china painter cause my hubby found out that one of his uncle does professional painting and his uncle eventually did the painting for us instead. And another good news, is that I found the source of the person who did my black powder coated aluminium frame door!! My friend wanted the same door so I tried my luck to ask Contractor J and he shared with me the contact. The pricing my friend got for the door is - Let me know if you need someone to do your scandinavian glass door!

Happy New Year everyone!! Its been 3 months since I've moved into my new place and I absolutely love it! Sometimes when I sit on my sofa in the living room I still wonder if this place really belongs to me Anyway please kindly PM me if you need anything because I only check my inbox time to time and do not have time to check back here. I was also delighted that some of you who engaged Contractor J is very happy with him, because #goodthingsmustshare! It brings me joy when I receive messages like this: Have a blessed year ahead and prosperous new year!!

Hi all lovely readers, thank you for reading my blog. Im actually very delighted to know many of you have benefitted from my blog and gained tips/insights which is the sole purpose of it. Meanwhile, I've also replied all PMs as well as any enquiries, if I might have missed out your message, please drop me again. Also, Contractor J called me a couple of days ago to share that as he is giving his 10 full time workers a month of break during Chinese New Year(super nice boss) in February, his hands are full with project till April 2015. I've shared with some of you his contact, and those who are keen, please only PM me if you want to engage him after April 2015 as I believe many has signed with him in advance so being very responsible he does not want to take up anymore renovations unless the homeowner can wait. Hope these help, Merry Christmas in advance to all!!

Hi g0mug0mu, thanks for your compliments! It was my idea as I wanted something easier to clean rather than doing subway tiles which I agree the look would be ideal but not practical because I can't imagine all the oil slick etc from the cooking in the kitchen to be trapped in the tile's groutings! In order to infuse the design with the theme as well as practicality, we ultimately took this look instead
