  2. Hi all, Anyone would like to share their experiences on the linking of their Internet at home? Am currently using Fibre Broadband for my current Flat. Probably will transfer the Fibre Broadband to the New Area. And the obvious location to place the Fat boy is around the TV console in the Living Room. My wife and I have identified 4 areas which i think I might need to have internet access. - 1st level (Living room, Dining Area with a sliding door) - 2nd level (Master Bedroom, one of the Bedroom) Also understood that physical Walls around will reduce the transmission and affects the receiving end. So it mean there's a possibility that we might not receive it clearly if I'm on the 2nd level. Been trying to understand if it's better using Wifi or a physical Cat 6 Cable linkup. Any bros or sis willing to share their experiences? Cheerz to all!

  9. To be honest, I felt Tampines EM kinda overpriced in some sense. The Unit I happened to see at Propertyguru happened to be same layout as my newly purchase Unit @ Woodlands but costs 180K more. 144sqm okay, just different location and yet so much difference. I kinda dislike the D letter now, hahaha

  15. you got a floorplan to show. If I rem correctly, 5 rm Masionette quite like Gen 1. So your MBR should be facing the balcony as well?
  16. You're located at 6xx or 7xx? Woodlands Ring Road and Woodlands Drive/ Ave also same layout if I am not wrong.
  17. Mid July, we offered our proposed value to the Owner. They agreed and we paid the 1K deposit. Got the Valuation done and it came back 600K. So we're super duper happy to be honest. Using the valuation report. I applied for the Bank Loan. All cleared. 21 days happened to be up, OTP confirmed and we paid further 4K. 1st appointment mid Sept.
  18. I paid 600K for this EM Unit at Woodlands Drive. As it happened only recently, no valuation was done until the Deal was completed. COV turns out to be 0. Lucky me. The floorplan can be seen page 124, Masionette Owner.

  20. Draken, I believe the price can always be negotiated. But who is representing you? It's the Agent job to fight for you. NEVER take same agent who knows each other, they will never fight for you. Engage an independence Agent who is unrelated to the seller Agent. I did so and my agent can fight for the costing, the extension, etc. BTW, the EMs there are pretty big.
