Dear all I am a first buyer looking for a HDB resale flat. I would like to get the advise on how to choose the agent. I normally look at the advertisement and call the agent to have a view. Once I found the unit is worth to discuss, should I appoint a new agent of my trust to following everything from there to discuss with the owner's agent, or should I have to choose the owner's agent as my agent as I had contact this agent directly? Since I don't have much experience in the housing market, your advice or past experience would be of great help to me. Thanks a lot!
