Glad to help I saw my fren 85 sqm floorplan before, the only difference is the length of the living room. The lower part of the floorplan (MBR+kitchen) is the same as 90 sqm.

car loan and housing loan differ. The interest of a car loan is calcuated upfront. Unless the bank 'refund' you the interest for those years left, you will lose out.

changing car? not very sure on toyota. For my honda jazz (3yr+), it hover btw 4-6K. Depend on which dealer you spoke to...

if there is surcharge (or rather like penalty) for going cashless... I'll use cash! as if there are any difference in value btw the 2

the 'body' value depends on supply and demand, also on the exporting country. If in high demand, price will be higher. e.g. early this year, the 'body' value of a >3 yr vios is around 10K.
