Been awhile since i posted. Hope all the neighbours resolve their problems soon...
-
hi neighbour, i staying at 26D too. Got the same fridge as u too
-
I got it too, stuck at the metal gate. They are a sub-contractor for HDB. No worries. It stated in the letter if there are any repairs to be carried out, no charges. Just remember don't pay for anything extra.

No... i did before i know can get discount
-
same here... was surprise too

There a concern beside the cashier (special event hall) at Taka B1. Sells those banner too.

Have not try looking from the other block. I try looking at my unit from the ground floor, cant really see a thing inside, also not very 'silvery reflective'. Maybe nxt time i try to wave to the opp unit to see if they see me the 'look' I got my 'Duro' lock and lock holder from carrefour. It attached to the gate using screw, no drilling. So far so good. The uncle who did the metal bolt on the gate mention it a 'police' lock, one whole piece type.

Solar film was installed over the wkend. House feel much cooler now, not like a furnace as before. Here are the pix. Did the reflective type. Before After
-
No idea at all. Saw police officers questioning the construction worker there around 7pm+. They also check on the ground floor storage rooms. Below 26D.

On the wall for the MBR, ceiling for living room. It tough!
-
the guy is charging $3.50 per feet (i think). Total damage for 3 bedroom and living room is $465. Got the reflective type as the guy recommend it will block out the most heat. Will post some pictures when it is done. I brought curtain for my living room and masterbedroom from spotlight. Last month they were having 20% storewide discount, so quicky grab. I did the installation myself, the drilling was pretty bad. Unless you have experience in drilling, better to ask contractor to do it for u.
-
just to check if anyone installed solar film on your window? I will be doing up mine this week, as my unit got afternoon sun shinning in. When I got home, feels warm inside. Laminate floor also feel hot

I did mine at $180, it the normal L-shape rack design you see pasted all over the lift.
