yah lor.. the hacking and making good of the wall cost us $500.. on top of that the PE cost us another $500! in all to hack a wall cost us $1000! but no choice leh.. our room so small... might as well do it once and for all..

HDB already approved other areas to be hacked.. only the wall between MBR and bedroom 2 need PE to certify.

yah lor..now have to settle aircon, fridge, washing machine,hob and hood,decide whether we gg for gas or electic heater,matress, dinning table, lighting,curtain..ect....etc...etc.. wah! initially tot all these can slowly buy as we are not gg to move in so soon.. but seems have to find now cos of the measurement we need for the reno.. must go find some sponsorship laio hahahaha Btw how long will the PE need to approve the hacking of the wall har?

Finally my defect retifcation is done!! Now waiting for PE the certified the wall to be hacked.. Hopefully can start work by next week.. Suddenly realise so many things need to buy.. poor poor poor poor

i heard when selling the house.. we are suppose to reinstate the house to the original layout... but if your future buyer agree to your current hacked wall layout you can produce the PE cert or approval from hdb for the hacked wall then can le.. if nto really have to put back the wall... But for the clothes hanger i not too sure then..

Hi Janeys, I will not be doing WIW leh.. cos tot that will leave a lot of areas unsed and such a waste since our place already so small le.. so in the end we just do up a big cupboard abt 10ft-11ft i tink. This a artist impression of how our cupboard will look like.. but the colour of the laminates still deciding lar.. Hope its useful to you!

My FSM say we got to do a full glass door for our kitchen entrance cos our kitchen very dark... so its better to allow light from the living room to shine in.. I am quoted $850 for a 10mm tempered glass door.
