From wat i understand.. the rate of cpf contribution into ordinary account is different below age 35 and above age 35. There will be more cpf contribution into ordinary account for ppl that are age 35 and below. Tink you sld take this into consideration as our mthly installment can only be deducted from the ordinary account so we cannot take the full contribution of 34.5% into consideration or else you will eventually fall short of CPF in your ordinary account and have to pay in cash when that happen. Hope this is useful My Id quote me 28k for the reno leh..but maybe i really got a lot of carpentary ba.. so ex.. got to tink is there any other things that i can take out so the reno cost will nto be so xiong Btw.. for those that already gone thru their banquet hor.. any comments on is grand copthorne waterfront better or marina mandarinh better har ? no they dun come with shower kerb and tempered glass screen... it only come with a drop down at both toilet.. tink u better check with some other ID also..

That time when we went up the worker supervisor( i assume he is lar) say they are gg to hand blk 27A to HDB by Aug.. But dun koe how long HDB will take to give ti to us lar.. Anyway behind those shops got a real big viod deck... also dun koe for wat purpose..

this can be done just by moving the tv pts. I asked my ID and she said the cost is about $95. coz i also want my dining and sofa on the same side so can watch tv while having meals.

From wat i see the kitchen sld have tiles lor... my unit kitchen is not done yet.. i took that pic in yang guo unit.. but i really like all the doors a lot!! so nice... Nemofc.. u cannot hack the toilet tiles as teh house is new.. but u can overlaid... thats wat i intend to do for my MBR toilet also.. but tink the common toilet i shall just leave it... not enough budget.. hehe my unit is 85 sqm.. but i took a peep at the 90 sqm one.. tink only the living is bigger(longer)... all the bedrm looks almost the same to me.. But the living itself looks much much bigger le lor... mine looks so small...

same as rommie i paid the security guard lor.. he approached us one leh.. but teh pic is not very well taken lar.. cos we sort of sneak in thou we had paid the security guard..
