simpleboi.. if you have enough cpf currently for ur fist 10 % in ur ordinary account.. it will be better u keep some in ur investment account first and not liquidate them if not HDB will totally wipe off ur cpf. its always good to keep some rainy days fund.. this is only my opinion lar

yo i just back from viewing a unit at blk 25A. There is really a lot of contractor waiting downstairs to bring u up to see the unit they are renovating lor.. keke Btw we spoke to a worker there.. guess what.. they say they will be handing the keys for BLk 27A to HDB in 15 days time!! today HDb is already doing inspection for blk 27A le and good news for Vince.. The worker mention that blk 27B keys are already handed over to HDB le! The next one will be Blk 27 A then follow by blk 26 D ( most prob next month) Hopw wat he say is true!!!

yah.. i just went to sign my agreement of lease yesterday.. the HDB officer say we will need to reapply but by that time even if out income exceed 8k its will still be approved cos they will based it on the existing approved HLE as guide..

The kitchen wall tiles are done by HDB and if i am not mistaken.. the kitchen floor tiles also already done by HDB.. but the tiles colours and design are not fantastic lar.. For ur reference

ermm.. maybe you can consider a L-shape for ur kitchen cabinate? and if you want more storage space maybe u can look at both top and bottom cabinate lor . Hope this will help

We actually wanted to book Jan 2009 one.. but we are afraid the prices will go up further so we choose to have our banquet in dec instead.. So which hotels u signing up with ? can share? No choice lar.. both our parenst want these leh.. and the worst thing is.. abt 3/4 of the guest that we are gg to invite are either relatives or our parents friends.. both of us only have 5 tables each..

But its not cheap rite ? we try to keep it at >$1000 per table lor.. if not cmf lose a lot of money.. hee
