2 major things that i going to transform. 1 is the living area and the other 1 is the kitchen. not much work will be done on the toilet and bathroom except for laying tiles. due to the budget constrained. painting work will be done by me.. here's are the two 3D done. Living room kitchen..

Kitchen view from the living room another view from the kitchen mini shared toilet. ... really small... bathroom.. the plan is to seal up this door and the only access is thru the toilet.. ohyes.. im gonna hack down the wall between bathroom and the the toilet 3D not yet out.. my contractor promised this week will deliver, then promise again yesterday then promise today... and today i still waiting and waiting.. . last image, the bathroom

well, don't feel discourage man. i believe there are still plenty of opportunity out there waiting for ya... lives goes on man.. stay happy and stay healthy.. you'll have your chance.. as for the different fsm telling difference stories.. that is outrageous .. think they out there to dig your pocket dude.. me not so great about fengsui, but dun worry .. they are some other good fengsui ppl here can help you on your Q.. few more question i still want to clear... if sunday i do tongdu then 3 days later it should be on tuesday right? how come some people say wednesday? then after 3 days what is the best time to open door and clean the house? any help??

Hi all, if my tongdu and open door is on this sunday, and i'll collect my key on this thusday. will it be ok if i drop by my new house... just to look look see see.. before tongdu and open door. is it ok to do that? or have to wait till sunday then can see? what you all thing? master meca, what do you think?

ya. settle the big 1 first, i still got alot of things need to buy like basin tap, lightings, painting, wardrobe, water heater etc.. next week start reno liao so will get pics up and running soon actually reno have no even started kekee.... hopefully next week when reno start can see some result..
