Regarding to your MBR wardrobe access to aircon ledge, I see, was thinking what can I do to access that area easier... maybe a quick release ledge or sth.

Oh, your wardrobe covers the air con ledge's window right? Do you mind showing some pictures on how is it open? How much do they quote you for the toilet's cabinet? My ID quotes me 1k for the top & bottom with granite top Felt so exp!

Do u mind taking some picture of ur kitchen entrance from ur living room? Wish to have a good look at ur brick wall construction. I've also noticed the brick wall partition between ur foyer and living room. Is there any false wall constructed in order to form up ur brick wall? Or it's fully constructed using the bricks itself? And is ur toilet done up as well, any pictures to share?

Hey DarkWingZ, U know what? Ur design simply rocks! Love your arrangement too! Especially your kitchen, mine is something similar but there's additional space to the right of the kitchen door. Hence my wife plans to do the L shape and it cost lots more (due to extended length of the cabinets, glass backing and quartz top)...

The door handles, some are round types and the other like a lever that pull down to open. My ID seems to quote the door with lever separately, as he mentioned those cost quite a portion to the whole door. Look forward to ur post on ur TB loots!

Heard this from the Citygas salesperson Rinnai - Installation must be in the service yard, and without windows cause this unit produce more heat, requires a better ventilation. Assembled in China (Not made). But some how they are more relax abit with the Windows part, as long as the windows are opened when the heater is in use will do. In the first place I also planned to purchase the Rinnai model, but somehow we think about our budget, lowered to get the Macro brand instead. Btw for your HDB free screeding, do we need to activate our electricity/water before proceed?

Have you picked ur vinyl flooring? Evorich having an anniversary promo, 6.50 psf but with GST waived off... u may wish to consider it? Only for this weekend!
