Laying Of Tiles Required

Hi everyone, Anyone got reasonable tilers for laying of Homogenous Tiles? I got the tiles and can provide the floor screed. I only need labour or if the tilers can provide the cements/sand or floor screed also can. I need to lay for my living room only. About 400 sq ft. My tiles is 60cm x 60cm. Thanks alot!
