hello my story is not new but i am new to reno-talk. i paid my deposit for my renovation but works are only less than half done and contractor asking for next payment. he suddenly stopped all works and not communicating with me. i will report to case but just want to ask if case is of any help ? or is there other actions i can take? he left my hse still in the rubbles state ...

Has anyone reported these horrible contractors or ID to CASE?? any use? these irresponsible contractors shld be stopped...
