Ho Bee Supporters, We confirmed to engage with Ho Bee services oredi. So here are our questions do's and don't list when we sign on the dotted line. Before I put up this list, i never thought about it. but this forum really scare me with those shoddy contractor out there. N our budget is oredi super small. can't afford to have a blow up. 1. Deadline? Should we put it for black n white purpose 2. FOC stuffs like drilling holes for picture frames etc 3. Painting (sealer+coats) etc? 4. Payment? When we need to pay them based on TC 5. What are the terms we need to look out for? Sorry yah if we sounds like too demanding customers. But we are really anxious rite now...

I think raincole's idea is the best. Just downgrade. Think of stuffs that even if it's lousy wouldn't be that bad. Like paintings, movable carpentry so that u dun bear hacking cost next time u want to change it. Just downgrade to amount that u're comfortable with. Then move on to reputable ID. zirhk3355, I think HAPPY has a doubt on this co. and wanna proof what's bad for others may turn up good at other land. HAPPY mentioned in a pm, that one of forumer here had a nice reno with De Palmco. So up to now still 50-50 for palmco as most of us agreed Bullet's comment is not counted at this moment. Anyway there is third possibility which is someone who engaged De Palmco is not a member of this forum. Well, though we can doubt this forum usefulness, still it's not compulsory for every residents to join and monitor. You meant Ho bee also got a negative feedback Second this comment. Hi Air, It's just around 8k. Not much to reno. Resale is in good conditon. Plus we have small budget. We just tried our luck coz the website showed us today's article which featuring earnest taking painting job seriously. Anw, it's okay we'll pretty much going to confirm ho Bee oredi. Big brand but humble that's the only thing i can say about Ho Bee.

Yes, we're not confirmed yet. Even so with 20-80 it doesn't really matter. in the end you need to pay. It's fair enough i guess so. Rather than 10% before start 30% starts then whatever the rest is. The only concern now is budget. Resale cash above valuation is alreay drained us out. Sigh.... So need to rethink which one can be postponed for next time renovation without messing up the whole house. Btw, I posted the quotations from 2 narrowed down ID. Any kind soul bother to give comment. Newbie here needs a lot of guidance....
